Join us Sunday, August 23rd from 9:00 to 10:00 AM for a morning of movement, laughter, and connection. This all levels yoga session is the perfect way to kick off your Sunday morning.

We are thrilled to welcome back Shawna Evans to lead the flow. As a mom, a teacher at Up Yoga, and a regular climber at Vertical Endeavors, Shawna brings a unique blend of empathy and humor to her practice. Expect a supportive, light hearted 45 minute class designed to inspire joy and maybe a little playfulness.

What to Bring

The morning is just getting started at Savasana. Luce Line Cafe is open 8am-1pm for your after class refueling needs. We will be serving our full brunch menu along with our signature caffeinated beverages to keep the good vibes going.

Registration

$10 per person Includes the 45 minute class and your first beverage from Luce Line Cafe. Space is limited to ensure everyone has room to flow, so grab your tickets early.

All participants must be 12 years of age or older.
