We are teaming up with Allie for a slow vinyasa flow designed to ease you into your breath, your body, and your week. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, this all-levels class is built for you. Allie uses detailed cues and pose adaptations, offering you the chance to find the perfect alignment for your body and support your personal practice through gentle movement and a little dharma.

About the Instructor: Allie (RYT 200)

Allie completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training through Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis. She is deeply inspired by the way yoga brings the body, mind, and spirit together, loving the quiet strength that is cultivated through breath-centered movement.

For Allie, yoga extends far beyond the mat—it is a practice of curiosity, connection, and showing up with compassion for yourself and others. She is humbled and grateful to hold space for others to navigate their own practice and cannot wait to flow with the Luce Line community!
